Pros and cons of Reward Card app for iPhone and iPad

Reward Card app good for

Once you have familiarised yourself and set up the account it is easy and efficient to use miles collected with Etihad for purchases, with the virtual credit card of points pay.
This is the best user friendly program Ive ever been involved in, very easy to take advantage of especially when compared with other travel programs.
Before the update of 10/12/2013 the app was working very well. Now it does not start any more! A part of that, the idea its brilliant....you can trade miles for cash! Simply perfect

Some bad moments

Work fine till a month ago, now the app wont let me log in anymore!!!
Nice idea to transfer miles to cash, but this transfer does not work with this App...
Every time I go to load the Etihad guest miles the app crashes and boots me out.
One of the best apps for traveling Thank you Etihad Airlines :)
Description provided isnt enough to understand how to use this app n for what purpose :-(
I have been using pointspay for couple of months . It was always sluggish to start and many times crashed . Past one week not even able to log in. Poor service .
