Underdeveloped, half-baked, disappointing

This app looked great from the outside, only to find out it only supports Etihad credit card points program by Amex only.

Then I was promised that my Etihad account will be activated soon. Well its been many soons already and I havent heard anything from anybody, and my Etihad account in the app is still pending activation.

Bottom line: this app is so useless that it wastes your time filling out forms to end up hating the moment you decided to download it.
