I open the app and it shows the splash screen for a moment and then crashes and quits. :(

Simple and Powerful!!

This app looked great from the outside, only to find out it only supports Etihad credit card points program by Amex only. Then I was promised that my Etihad account will be activated soon. Well its been many soons already and I havent heard anything from anybody, and my Etihad account in the app is still pending activation. Bottom line: this app is so useless that it wastes your time filling out forms to end up hating the moment you decided to download it.

This is the best program for redemption of loyalty points. Cant wait until other programs join. However they need to adjust hoe they load the cards. For instance you cant add cash to existing balance on card. So you have to refund and reload. But then you reach your "load limit". I think it should be based on spend not load

I didnt find my country Pakistan in the list. You guys should add pakistan too asap. This is so unfair.

I was able to convert my miles and use the card to buy stuff online. I reduced one star because it does not tell you in advance that the card once loaded is valid only for two days and then has to be extended, for a fee I assume. So you need to use all of it, its not s big deal as the points are refunded but it would have been good to know. Also, getting the Etihad account to like can be a pain and I had to go to the customer service a number of times before I could link the account.

Fix it. Fire the developers.

The software is easy to use and straight forward.
