Reward Card App revisa

Cant login. Support dont answer.

It says my devices jailbreaked even though it's not! My phone is new and not even 1 month long and not jailbreaked. Checked android play store review, but turns out it was similar issues with android for some months already. Don't be fooled guys!

I placed an order on Amazon and they charge once the goods are despatched. The card unloaded itself in the meanwhile thus causing inconvenience. The card should not have the load unload feature.

I never was able to login, always give me technical error. I wish there was an option for zero star

It is very convenient to spend reward dollars via this card. Initial card delivery has a fees. Loading has a fees ( point deduction). Load has a time limit of 48 hours. Be mindful.

There is no way to check the rate for converting miles to cc credit.

I am trying to enter my details in profile page and clicking on save button but system is not saving my information and save button is in disable button and because of this I am not able to get my membership card to be ship to my mailing address and not able to save virtual membership card as well .

Extremely bad app

Has a lot of issue related of getting benefit from the app. Lost some miles because if these issues

Worst it takes too long for any thing to work on it..

Does not tell you upfront once you upload for how many days will the amount remain... also there is unload button but unclear if you will loose the money permanently or temporarily... very poor user experience

It’s choppy, slow and irritating

No CVV Displayed for virtual visa reward card. Where to get the CVV FOR THE CARD.

I don't even get a chance to login because it crashes Everytime when I open it. I've tried downloading it multiple times. The app is unusable and no apparent way to use the reward card outside this app so it's extremely frustrating

I just Updated with the new version that was updated in the App Store 3 hours ago. As soon as I go to accept the Terms Feed, the app closes. So much for That update!

Very bad program not working at all

I'm unable to fully use the app because their customer service and authentication process takes too long. Also, the login portion is incredibly slow. Disappointed.

Got the rewards Visa card after a long wait after applying. Actually I have to call and email the company for getting it approved. Then it was simple to spend the money. I didn't have much options other than amazon.in. Only online shopping is allowed with the card. But, it worked well like a normal credit or debit card. Overall happy with spending my miles, using this virtual Visa card.

It's easy to use but it's not accepted on all websites and you have a dead line and after it al you're transferred miles is gone even if you didn't use them

Account details pre loaded from Etihad reward account are wrong and there is no way to change them in the app. Insecure. Customer service insists on a scan of your passport over email (!!!) to change an email address. Insists on you inputting a title before you can use it and doesn't have valid options for women (like Ms.). Terrible interface

The software is easy to use and straight forward.

Fix it. Fire the developers.

I was able to convert my miles and use the card to buy stuff online. I reduced one star because it does not tell you in advance that the card once loaded is valid only for two days and then has to be extended, for a fee I assume. So you need to use all of it, it's not s big deal as the points are refunded but it would have been good to know. Also, getting the Etihad account to like can be a pain and I had to go to the customer service a number of times before I could link the account.

I didnt find my country Pakistan in the list. You guys should add pakistan too asap. This is so unfair.

This is the best program for redemption of loyalty points. Can't wait until other programs join. However they need to adjust hoe they load the cards. For instance you can't add cash to existing balance on card. So you have to refund and reload. But then you reach your "load limit". I think it should be based on spend not load

This app looked great from the outside, only to find out it only supports Etihad credit card points program by Amex only. Then I was promised that my Etihad account will be activated soon. Well its been many soons already and I haven't heard anything from anybody, and my Etihad account in the app is still pending activation. Bottom line: this app is so useless that it wastes your time filling out forms to end up hating the moment you decided to download it.

I open the app and it shows the splash screen for a moment and then crashes and quits. :(

Works well. Allows me to use my miles for anything. Have used it online and to fill my card. Highly recommend.

When i loaded card, it wiped all my miles but did not show the card. Worst cust service. Don't trust this app.

App keeps asking for activation using link sent by email even though i did activate and currntly using it on my PC

Signing up for pointspay itself works ok but adding my airline program fails completely even after >10 tries with what is DEFINITELY the correct password - without an airline program this app and site are completely useless

This app/program is in its beta phase and it has a lot of performance issues. I'm not even able to get past the "Fill In your details" stage of the sign up process. Useless. Don't waste your time.

I have been using pointspay for couple of months . It was always sluggish to start and many times crashed . Past one week not even able to log in. Poor service .
